Attorney Carter earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007. While at Quinnipiac Attorney Carter earned numerous awards for outstanding performance in the classroom, oral advocacy, trial practice, and community service. Since then he has been dedicated to providing competent and affordable legal representation and services for those in need of an advocate.
